Om (Omkar) Mantra meaning:
Om is the symbol of the all-pervading Supreme Being. A-kaar represents Brahma (creation), U-kaar represents Vishnu (preservation), M-kaar represents Mahesh (dissolution). Om is the Pranava mantra, the root of all mantras.
Shanti Mantra: May He protect us both. May He nourish us both. May we work together with great energy. May our study be enlightening. May we not hate each other. Om peace peace peace.
Asato Ma: Lead me from untruth to truth, from darkness to light, from death to immortality.
Poornamadah: That is whole, this is whole. From the whole, the whole arises. Taking the whole from the whole, the whole still remains.
